The double-effect evaporation, concentration, and crystallization system is a highly efficient treatment system for high-salinity wastewater. Comprising a single-effect and a double-effect evaporator, it utilizes steam circulation to heat the wastewater, evaporating the water and concentrating the salt into crystals. The system is energy-efficient and highly automated, making it suitable for use in industries such as chemical and pharmaceuticals, minimizing wastewater consumption and maximizing its resource utilization.
Specification
1.Evaporation Capacity: The total amount of water a system can evaporate per unit time, a key indicator of its processing capacity (e.g., 1-100 tons/hour).
2.Compression Ratio: The ratio of the outlet pressure to the inlet pressure of the secondary steam produced by a mechanical steam compressor, a key performance parameter.
3.Steam Consumption: The amount of fresh steam required to operate the system per unit time, directly related to operating costs and typically much lower than traditional evaporators.
4.Installed Power: Primarily refers to the total power of all motors, including the compressor and circulating pump, and affects equipment investment and power consumption costs.

5.Feed Concentration and Discharge Concentration: Refers to the solids content or solute percentage of the material before and after evaporation, and is an important factor in process design.
6.Temperature Rise: The temperature rise of the secondary steam produced by a mechanical steam compressor, directly impacts its reusability as a heat source.
7.Material Selection: Depending on the corrosiveness and cleanliness requirements of the material, material contact parts are often made of 316L, 2205 duplex stainless steel, or titanium.
8.Heat exchange area: refers to the total area of all heat exchange tubes in a single effect or entire system, and is the core size parameter that determines the heat transfer efficiency.
Process

Double-effect evaporation crystallization evaporator
1.Brine Pretreatment: The brine first passes through a preheater for heat exchange with the condensate from the exhaust system, then passes through an exhaust heat exchanger before entering a first-effect falling-film circulation evaporator.
2.First-effect Evaporation: Within the evaporation heat exchange chamber, external steam liquefies to generate latent heat of vaporization, heating the wastewater.
The wastewater is heated to superheat at a pressure above the normal boiling point of the liquid.
3.Second-effect Evaporation: The secondary steam from the first-effect evaporation enters a second-effect forced circulation evaporator as a heat source, heating the second-effect evaporator. Unevaporated wastewater and salt are temporarily stored in a crystallization evaporation chamber.
4.Crystallization Separation: The concentrated brine enters a crystallizer, where part of it is recycled to the forced circulation evaporator for further evaporation, while part of it enters a thickener and centrifuge for solid-liquid separation.
5.Mother Liquor Recycling: The mother liquor from the separation is returned to the forced circulation evaporator for further evaporation. The resulting impurities are treated in a dryer, resulting in a final dried product with a solids content of approximately 90%-95%.
